When visiting the school site, the speaker stated that “the decentralization reform is very important for Ukraine”.

Construction of such facilities is funded well in 2020, and we do hope that this budgetary trend will continue for 2021. However, much here depends upon the local community and authorities as well. Thanks to the decentralization reform, settlements get more powers and opportunities, because more money remains in situ,” Dmytro Razumkov said.
