"The authorities should follow the example of doctors who work selflessly every day," Dmytro Razumkov
Authorities must learn from health workers the self-sacrifice and dedication with which they carry out their daily work. Chairperson of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov stated this at the opening ceremony of the reconstructed building of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Cardiovascular Center of the Khmelnytsky Regional Council.
During his visit to the Center, Dmytro Razumkov talked to
the staff and got acquainted with the logistics of the medical institution.
"On average, doctors of this medical institution bring back to life about 4 thousand patients a year, another 45 thousand - receive counseling," said Dmytro Razumkov.
According to the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada, in Ukraine a year ago, in addition to the front in the East of our state, another one was added - medical.
"In 2014, we were forced to unite to rebuild the army,
and in fact a year ago, every effort was made to help the medical industry. The
state pays enough attention to this issue. The Verkhovna Rada will do
everything in its power to overcome the consequences of the pandemic. In
particular, to adopt the relevant bills," said the Speaker of Parliament.
At the end of the meeting, the Speaker wished the staff of the medical institution health and inspiration. "Every day you risk your own life to save others. Thank you for your hard and important daily work," Dmytro Razumkov said.
For reference: The estimated cost of the reconstruction of the reperfusion center of the municipal non-profit enterprise "Khmelnytskyi Regional Cardiovascular Center" was 67 million hryvnias, 37 million of which were financed from the State Fund for Rural Development and the remaining 30 million - from the regional budget.
