( Information Department of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat )

According to the Law of Ukraine No. 3718 “On the Main Principles of Youth Policy”:

-          the youth age will be decreased to 29 years (at present the youth age limit is 35 years);

The Law proposes creating an extensive network of youth centers.

According to the Law of Ukraine No. 3718 “On the Main Principles of Youth Policy”, it will be possible to receive preferential long-term loans from the State Budget for education, for construction or purchase of housing:

-         families without children will repay a loan at an annual interest rate of 3%;

-         families with 1 child will be exempt from paying the interest;

-         for families with 2 children 25% of the loan amount will be canceled;
